Financial Planner, Accountant, or Financial Services representative, who would like to be part of an independent, nationally recognized financial planning firm. Provide financial planning services and investment advice to clients. Responsibilities include servicing, building, and maintaining client relationships.
This is a challenging, salaried position for a detail-oriented professional who is driven to excel. Candidate must be people-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. The position requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and react quickly to changing priorities in an entrepreneurial environment. Other critical competencies include extensive data entry, the ability to assimilate complex ideas and produce meaningful reports, experience with specialized software programs for financial planning, investment analysis, investment advisory operations and client database management. This is not a sales position. This associate position is responsible for financial planning activities, asset management and portfolio reporting, investment analysis and research, maintenance of client files and account paperwork, insurance casework, and other normal activities of an investment advisor and financial planning firm.
